Our prices are calculated with you in mind, keeping it rightly affordable.

We have 3 types of accommodation available.

Type 1: One bed Room Apartments

NK has 4x one bedroom apartment,  Standard Occupancy  2 people, Maximum Occupancy 3.

Children under 12 are free (up to 1 maximum sharing w/2 adults). 

Extra person (12 and over) above the standard occupancy add $20, per night.

Type 2: Two bedrooms Apartments

NK has 2x Two bedrooms apartment, Standard Occupancy  4 people, Maximum Occupancy 6.

Children under 12 are free (up to 1 maximum sharing w/2 adults).  

Extra person (12 and over) above the standard occupancy add $20, per night.

Type 3: Deluxe one bedroom Apartments

NK has 2x Deluxe one bedroom apartment, Standard Occupancy  2 people, Maximum Occupancy 3.

Children under 12 are free (up to 1 maximum sharing w/2 adults). 

Extra person (12 and over) above the standard occupancy add $20, per night.

•    Baby crib, baby chair are free (if available)

•    These prices include once a week cleaning, change of the linens, bath- and kitchen towels.
•    We can offer you a good price for group bookings if you rent more than one apartment at the same time.
•    Electricity is very expensive here on the island, so it is very important to use it carefully. 

•    We charge a onetime service charge of US$25 pp (excl. sales tax 6%)

**Long stay is also possible for a reasonable price on request.
